Join our silent fitness team, as we embark on a silent exercise experience through Edinburgh’s iconic urban landmarks. We’ll work through a full-body fitness class to get you fitter and stronger but unlike any other fitness class you’ve ever experienced. We’ll be singing, laughing and playing together to get healthier & happier!
