But what actually goes into a tour? It might look easy from the outside, but our team of hosts and guides have their work cut out to ensure you have the best time possible! And it all starts with the writing of the tour.
The Silent Adventure formula is a well-guarded secret, and only those marked by the famous neon striped leg-warmers know it’s true meaning. Surprisingly, there is a vast amount of psychology running through the veins of every tour, carefully crafted by the Silent Adventure creator and all powerful host, James Longworth. You’ll struggle to miss James, as he dominates our social media and promotional materials – perhaps because he’s so devilishly handsome, it would be a crime to ignore. Or, more likely, because he was around when the photos and videos were taken.
Each and every tour begins the same way, easing each participant into their ‘bubble of love’ and breaking down the barriers of embarrassment and self-awareness. You become one with your fellow adventurers, and after only a few minutes of gentle coaxing and advanced disco move instruction from our hosts, you are now a part of the performance machine. You will parade down the streets, belting out ‘I Will Survive’ whilst Russian kicking, you will strut down our Fashion Catwalk to ‘Lady Marmalade – and YOU WILL do it enjoying every single second of it.
Next comes our clever mix of music – no genre is untouched, no era is missed and no forte is forgone. As long as our tracks are upbeat, full of fun and energy, and have a good chorus, we’ll sing and dance to it.
